3）My mother and father will not have to work for seven days! 我的父母將有七天不必去上班！have to意為“不得不”，著重于強調(diào)客觀的需要，主要用于指外界的客觀因素。如：環(huán)境、習慣、急事等，而要求某人“不得不；只好”做某事。它可用于多種時態(tài)（一般不用于進行時態(tài)當中），且有人稱和數(shù)的變化 。Mother is out, so I have to look after the shop. 媽媽不在家，因此我不得不照看商店。have to 的否定形式是don’t / doesn’t / didn’t have to相當于needn’t，意為“不必要”。 You don’t have to stay at home． 你不必呆在家里。

Must 意為“必須”，表示說話人主觀認為“應該；必須”， 主要用于肯定句和疑問句中，它無人稱、數(shù)和時態(tài)的變化。肯定回答要用 must 或 have to，否定回答要用 needn’t 或 don’t have to，意為“不必”。
