　　We expressed our thanks.

　　My wife also asks to join her greeting and thanks.

　　我妻子也要我順致她的問候和感謝。

　　2、若要加語(yǔ)氣，名詞thanks有時(shí)可用many, a thousand等修飾。

　　A thousand thanks for your invitation.

　　非常感謝你的邀請(qǐng)。

　　Many thanks for your letter of 17 March.

　　非常感謝您3月17日的來信。

　　3、thank sb (for sth/doing sth)

　　We thanked them for all their help.

　　我們感謝他們的幫助。

　　4、have oneself/sb to thank (for sth) 對(duì)某事）負(fù)有責(zé)任; 使某人（對(duì)某事）負(fù)責(zé)

　　She only has herself to thank for what happened.

　　出了事只能怪她自己。

　　5、I'll thank you for sth/to do sth 用作提出請(qǐng)求或要求的禮貌用語(yǔ)

　　I'll thank you for that book.

　　請(qǐng)您把那本書送給我吧。

　　6、thank God/goodness/heaven(s) 用以表示松心或?qū)捨?/p>

　　Thank God you're safe!
