1、接that 從句及其從句的時態(tài)。

　　make sure 如果是現(xiàn)在時，或者祈使句形式(原形)，that從句的時態(tài)應(yīng)該使用現(xiàn)在時間范疇的時態(tài)，如：一般現(xiàn)在時，現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時，一般將來時等。

　　例句：

　　They want to make sure the newcomers don't get a look-in.

　　他們不想讓新人有露臉的機會。

　　Make sure the draining board, sink and plug hole are regularly disinfected.

　　滴水板、水槽和塞孔一定要定期消毒。

　　Make sure that your meal won't be smothered with white sauce.

　　千萬不要把自己的飯菜上都涂滿白汁沙司。

　　2、make sure 除了接從句外，還可以接不定式，但不能接動名詞。

　　例句：

　　Make sure to give positive feedback when they show signs of improvement.

　　If you saw a traffic accident, make sure to mark down the licence of the car.
