　　Tea is the drink of our chinese nation .It derives from shennong,hearing in zhou dynasty,prospering during tang and song dynasty.Now tea has become a popular world of the three major non-alcoholic drinks (tea, coffee and coke) and will become the king of drinks in the 21 st century.

　　Chinese famous tea can be divided into different categories mainly including black tea, green tea, dark tea,white tea, oolong tea.

　　Black tea is a kind of completely fermented tea .In tradition,black tea is the only one tea which west country knows. In traditional Chinese medicine, black tea is flavor sweet and warm-natured,It has the effect of warming stomach, suitable for autumn and winter season to drink.

　　Green tea belongs to not fermented tea.Its quality characters is "clear soup green leaves”.It not only has a good taste, but also can let the drinker view its shape color and get beautiful enjoyment. So the Chinese literati cherished it very much.
