　　1、自我介紹不要太短，更不要太長，重點要突出，要有中心思想。也就是在面試前，對應(yīng)聘的企業(yè)的文化、產(chǎn)品、崗位需要的技能做一定的了解，最好和面試考官見面時，根據(jù)自己的閱歷，對考官的傾向做一個判斷，然后組織好自己的語言，在介紹時，通過描述，塑造自己在別人心目中的印象，比如應(yīng)聘文員，你需要判斷那個崗位需要的是細心、有熱情、文字功底強等等，你就需要在自我介紹中主要介紹你這方面的能力和成績，不要想著一個介紹從自己小學(xué)開始一直講到大學(xué)畢業(yè)。

　　2、介紹最后需要總結(jié)一下，更強調(diào)你與這個崗位的符合性，比如“我認為我在文字功底方面的能力很強，也有相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗和良好的成績，我非常符合您的崗位要求”，這樣不僅是繼續(xù)提醒考官注意你這方面的能力，也表達出了你非常好的自信和加入公司的興趣。
