　　Still there are many kinds of, have to play basketball, badminton, table tennis,,,,, etc., are sports that are good for the health of body and mind, among them, my favorite sport is: swimming, swimming can not only cure asthma, also can reduce weight, it's every two. 　　運動是讓人快樂的方法，運動可以讓人活力充沛、精神滿分!運動不只是我的好朋友，它還是我的救世主，因為有它，我才可以長得很健康、很活潑、很有活力!

　　運 動有很多種，有打籃球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的運動，其中，我最喜愛的運動是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好氣喘，還可以減肥，真是一舉 兩得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要沒有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水時先確認水深不深，淺不淺，水深不好，因為你跳水時，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太淺跳水時，就會受傷，容易發(fā)生危險;還有不要在濕滑的地 方追逐嬉戲。我們要快快樂樂的玩，平平安安的回家。

　　游泳是個很好的運動，連平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回來以后，精神都來了。可見游泳真的很棒!我們也可以多多嘗試看看喔!
