　　I used to be very weak and usually got sick.I usually got tired and had no interest in study .soi begain to do sports as much as possible.

　　I went to the physical training centre and joined in the school team.I usually play football and play volleyball in the playground.Doing sports makes me feel energetic and happy.I am taller than before now.To my surprisemy grades got better and better.I do sports three times a day It is very excited for me to play table tennis with my frends .

　　We slso have a good time playing basketball after school.Doing sports is good for our heath and our study.We should do sports as much as we can in order to keep healthy.
